Printing Clear Images in MS Word

All of our 300dpi images should print clear in any program; but some people encounter a problem with printing clear images in MS Word. If this is a problem for you; follow one of the options below.

Option One
Convert the image from GIF to BMP format. See our tutorial.

Option Two
Save the document as an older version of MS Word as described below.

1) Insert the GIF image in MS Word as you normally would.

2) Go to: File>Save As..

3) In the "Save As Type" box, choose one of the following:

Word 6.0/95(*doc)

Word 97-2002&6.0/95-RTF(*doc)

4) Click "Save"

5) Close your document, then re-open it.

6) Print as you normally would.
