What is a Zip file and how do I open it?
Most large orders purchased at Peddler Graphics will be received in a zip file via email. We do this because it compresses the files so that it is not too large to be sent via email. To unzip the files; you must have Winzip or a similar program installed on your computer. You can download a free trial of Winzip at www.winzip.com if you don’t already have one installed on your computer.

Why doesn't my animation work?
Animations only work in GIF format. Make sure your image was saved as a GIF. Another problem you may be having; is the program you are viewing it in. Animated images won't work in MS Word or Front Page (in normal view). Try viewing your image on your browser (ie internet explorer, etc).
