ORDERING/PAYMENT:

*We accept money orders, personal checks, and most credit cards through paypal. Please make checks/money orders payable to your designer; either Kristal Norton or Daniel Small. We cannot cash checks made out to Peddler Graphics. When paying by personal check; we must hold your order for up to 4 weeks until your check clears. All returned checks result in a fee of $25.

*If paying by credit card: Please send payment via paypal to: kristal@peddlergraphics.com. Or if you are ordering graphic collections, use the paypal secure shopping cart by clicking on “add to cart” next to each item you would like to purchase. When you are finished shopping, click on "view cart" and continue to checkout.

*Connecticut residents pay 6% sales tax.

GRAPHIC DELIVERY:

Orders for graphic collections will be filled within 48 hours.

All graphics will be sent via email in a zip file (unless otherwise indicated). You will need a zip program to unzip it. You can download a free trial of WinZip at www.winzip.com if you don’t already have one installed on your computer.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products; we are unable to issue any returns or refunds. Upon receiving your order; please review everything and report to us any errors you may find. We will adjust any misspellings or any other errors on our part for free.
