Before beginning your custom graphics and/or web design, your graphic artist will discuss with you any ideas you may have, and work with you to come up with a solid idea and price quote to begin. You will receive sketches or idea images for you to approve before starting the project. If for any reason you decide to change your idea on what you want after the onset of your project, Peddler Graphics has the right to charge you extra.

25% of your total is due upon your final price quote for graphics or web design. This amount is non-refundable. The balance will be due upon completion of your graphics and/or site.

Peddler Graphics offers no guarantee that you will make money on your website, or that you will receive high rankings in google and other search engines. We do the best we can to optimize your site for high rankings, but the final result relies on you and your products.

Peddler Graphics is not held responsible for any discrepancies between you and your web host. This includes down time, errors with email, lost information from your web host, errors with paid programs such as the professional shopping cart, hit counter, mailing list, guestbook, etc.

Peddler Graphics reserves the right to discontinue with a customer at any time if necessary, and will not be held responsible for maintaining their website. This can be due to fraudulent or irresponsible business activity, non-family friendly content, failure of payment, and the like.

Peddler Graphics upholds copyright laws of the federal government, we are not responsible for designs created with misleading information from our clients.

Peddler Graphics designs websites which are compatible with most browsers. Some browsers may reflect your website differently, we are not responsible for this problem.

Due to the nature of our products; we are unable to issue any returns or refunds. Upon receiving your order; please review everything and report to us any errors you may find. We will adjust any misspellings or any other errors on our part for free.
